After an unusual year, we launched this new year with even more resolve and aspirations to be the partner of choice for enterprises that have sawing needs.
During the past year our team, being commercial, technical, production, or administration have worked relentlessly to ensure product deliveries, machine support, consultations, trials, training and more. They have skillfully mastered to continue to promote WIKUS as the solution for your cutting needs. The teams’ approach was to convert challenges to opportunities to be even better.
Over the course of the year, we were very fortunate to welcome new colleagues to our WIKUS team. They have actively participated in the shaping of our organizational refocus to meet and exceed our future strategic goals. It was exciting that, despite all of the hurdles presented, and the constantly changing environment we now work within, our newly integrated team was able to bring a new project to life, WIgrow 25. A project that established for all regions of the world roadmaps, that focus in on aligning market needs with organizational structure, processes, competencies, and ultimately an action-oriented sales strategy.
While humanity deals with the present situation, one can say that uncertainties may persist this year, we at WIKUS want to tell you what you can expect from us during this year.
We will continue optimizing our production processes and invest in research and development that support our product quality and precision as we head into the future.
Your WIKUS counterpart
WIKUS is a solution oriented organization. As the band sawing partner choice, we will further solidify our commercial and technical consultations, through adding more experts to support the many added values we offer in the market. The commercial team will be expanded by adding Independent Rep groups to serve as hybrid solution for even more personal coverage in the field. The technical team will be further expanded to support the field operation, to ultimately effectively and sensibly support your needs.
In close cooperation and coordination, we will be introducing new training programs that transfer our knowledge to you! These educational programs can be as general and as application specific as desired. In the near future we will be launching interactive virtual town hall meetings on specific topics.
As accessibility, availability, value and support are important to us, we have joined ISA to be actively involved in engaging channel partners and market segments.
This year we will be launching an automated reordering system. This feature allows users to save time and money in restocking through an automatic system with powerful data analysis.
More than just a blade in a box. The comprehensive WIKUS features are tailored to your needs, and implemented for your success in your cutting operation. We are your partner to count on.
While traditional marketing has shifted more to virtual sphere. Additionally, we have focused for our distribution partners, on lead generation through our commercial teams. We anticipate new merchandising products coming during the 2nd half of the year.
