ontinuing with our employee spotlight article, please allow us to introduce another member of the Wikus team to you, Mrs. Sandy Trainor, Customer Service Representative in our Addison, IL facility.
Sandy has just completed 15 years with Wikus and truly models the meaning of dedication. Whatever needs to be done, you can count on Sandy to make it happen.
Sandy leads by example. Her work ethic and dedication to Wikus is infectious to those around her. Sandy sets the bar high for herself and challenges her fellow teammates to do the same.
While Sandy’s official title is Customer Service Representative, she has many different responsibilities. Whenever there is a need, Sandy is the first one to step up. Always open to the challenge of a new task, Sandy gets it done.
You will never hear Sandy say, “that’s not my job”. She sets the best example of what it means to work in a team. From customer service, to inventory control, to accounts receivable, to ordering facility supplies, to special projects, Sandy is involved with it all. She is always willing to put in extra time, because she believes that when you promise to take care of something, that is what you do.
On the personal side, Sandy has embraced her new title as Grandma and loves spending time with her granddaughter. Always ready with a picture or video to share, Sandy is an extremely proud grandma!
Often times you will hear Sandy say that “Wikus is her home away from home” and that sentiment is reflected in the way Sandy goes about her day and the care she takes in her work. Wikus Saw is fortunate to have Sandy on our team and we truly appreciate her many years of dedication to Wikus!
