They are dedicated to helping the organization grow and prosper and will do whatever it takes to make this happen. When times get tough and the road gets bumpy, they do not give in, but instead face the challenge. They are extremely passionate about WIKUS, sacrificing their own time, with genuinely no personal motive, other than to see the organization thrive. WIKUS Saw is extremely fortunate to have this core group, providing stability and support for the entire organization.

We are excited to highlight some of our most experienced team members, who bring a value to the WIKUS organization, that cannot truly be measured. There is an elite group of three individuals, that have achieved 20 years of service at WIKUS Saw. Considering WIKUS Saw has been in business for 21 years, this is quite the accomplishment!
Markus Lusch, our CFOO, in his 21 years at WIKUS, has been part of this company’s journey and growth, almost since it began. Mike Masters, CTO, in his 20+ years at Wikus, has become the master of all things technical at WIKUS. If you cannot figure out how to cut something, Mike is your “phone a friend” lifeline.
Eric Nossal, Service Technician. A special congratulation to Eric, who has, in February 2021, just completed his 20 years at WIKUS. In his 20 years, Eric has made literally thousands of service calls, coaching many customers on how to run their WIKUS blades.
In addition to our 20 year veterans, there are some up and coming 15-19 year veterans, who will soon be joining the elite WIKUS Saw “20 Year Club”. On our production team, Eladio Vital (19 years), Juan Salto (18 years), Raul Hernandez (17 years), and Christopher (Alex) Argote (16 years). On our sales team, Larry Forand (16 years) and our technical team, Felix Ramos Jr (16 years). On customer service team, Heather Izewski (17 years) and Sandy Trainor (17 years). Make room Markus, Mike and Eric, the “20 Year Club” is going to be growing in the future!
